Flip #2

We completed our first rehab in mid-2014, which we promptly rented to students of our Alma Mater. We bought two other rentals properties shortly thereafter and since have refocused our attention on flipping.

Our latest project is a 3,800 square foot center hall colonial in historic Coventry Village.  Here are the posts:
